11th Annual Old Fashioned Labor Day Picnic

Labor Day has become a traditional picnic and celebration day with thousands of people who gather with their families at Magna’s Copper Park for the Annual Old Fashioned Labor Day Picnic. For the eleventh year, the Labor Day Celebration Committee is building up to this great community event and recognition of working families.
The picnic is free. Everyone is invited. Games and activities entertain kids of all ages. Every picnicker has a chance to win a prize in one of the drawings held throughout the day. And the Classic Car Show features over 300 vehicles to admire, enjoy, and pose by for pictures!
The Annual Old Fashioned Labor Day Picnic is provided through the generous donations of time and money from individuals, businesses, and labor organizations. All the picnic committee members, along with numerous volunteers, donate their time and energy on Labor Day and the months beforehand. All money donations go directly to the event, and, no matter what the amount, every donation contributes to the success of the event!
We encourage you to donate to the Annual Old Fashioned Labor Day Picnic and join the pleasure and excitement from its increasing success. Checks can be made out to Labor Day Picnic Committee and mailed to Utah AFL-CIO Community Services, 2261 South Redwood Road, Salt Lake City, UT 84119.
